Modern Christmas Trees - Installation Tutorial

This is one of a series of instructional videos I created for the Modern Christmas Trees company. One of the biggest issues their administrative staff had year after year was helping people install their product over FaceTime. After creating and posting this series of videos, a QR code was inserted into the packaging for each tree which would lead to a page containing these instructional videos. The company reduced call volume for installation help by 85% year-over-year due to these videos.
